They did a great job with repairing the rear bumper, and followed up on adjusting the bumper after I found it hitting the rear hatch after I had picked up the vehicle!! Very happy with the repair and extremely pleased with the customer servic!!

We were told via text that it would be ready on July 3rd at 4:00 . We arrived it was not only not ready but it would be another 5 days . This was not acceptable . It would have been ok had we been notified earlier that week or even that day . But the texts clearly did not say that ... We had made plans that were totally messed up because of this . Very bad business !
