The staff at Lester Raines told us the estimated start date and estimated completion date. They did a good job of explaining what would possibly change the completion date. It was very close.

They took the car and gave me a long appointment. They said they have a back log because of the hailstone. My car was drivable except for the dent on the tire side and the back door on the passenger side. They could have estimated and taken the car when they are closer to being ready. The inside of the car was full of dust like I’ve never seen before. I have an appointment for detailing on Wednesday with some other company.

The lady at the desk when I first took the car was very demeaning. The person who let me pick the car did not seem to have checked the inside ashy dust.
