From the moment I dropped off my truck the night before for repairs to the day it was nearly ready, the service provided was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. They consistently kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle’s repair. Prior to the repair, there was a minor delay due to an oversight. The technicians discovered an issue while inspecting the truck, which was obscured by other components. However, this delay was minimal, lasting only one day. The repair process was efficient and completed within a reasonable timeframe. I appreciate the lifetime warranty they offer, particularly for bodywork. However, they also provide the option for touch-ups at any time, as long as the repairs were performed particularly only in the area that they fixed. I highly recommend their services. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and customer-centric approach are commendable. The receptionists are also friendly and attentive, making the entire experience enjoyable.

A slight miscommunication towards the end. I was under the impression the vehicle was done and read. I would just ask that levanders ensure the customer understands the agenda but no harm done.
