The work and cleanliness of the vehicle when we picked it up were excellent but the communication before dropping it off was poor. After it was explained to me that the windshield would be ordered after we dropped it off, I understood but why didn’t someone tell us that before? We had to change plans as the vehicle was there an extra day. I would have given a $500 non refundable deposit to have the windshield already there that could go towards the deductible. Also, I received a text the day after we dropped it off that they had a free rental car we could use. We live 30 minutes away so it didn’t make sense to go get that. If we had known ahead of time one of us could have dropped it off and got the rental car.
