I was happy they gave me one of their rentals until my vehicle was fixed, however, the rental they loaned me had terrible breaks. Supposedly, they weren’t aware of the terrible breaks. I don’t see how they weren’t aware of it, considering you could hear the breaks screeching down the block. After I called and told them about the breaks, they were happy to switch out the rental for a different one. My vehicle was delayed, but when it was finally finished, I was very satisfied with how well Levander’s Body Shop did.
