We were completely satisfied with the repair that we brought the truck in to have done. Upon inspection we saw bent hood broken grill emblem and broken grill. Lavenders was very understanding in some way it was either hit in their parking lot we're not sure. They said they would take a look at it and repair.

Unbelievably professional team. Exceptional service from start to finish. Scott and Chris including front office staff were on top of all issues that arose. Even though the repairs took a little longer than I anticipated, the end product looks outstanding. There were many facets to the repair from body work, suspension, exhaust and very specific body trim parts that required significant coordination and detailed workmanship. Levanders provided great communication, friendly and professional staff and quality repair.

Fantastic body work! Since picking our 2019 vehicle back up after being repaired for hail damage, we had two complete strangers comment on what a great looking car we have. It literally looks like it just came off the show room. We have taken vehicles there for body work many years now, wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Two things stood out to me as difference makers. Paint on front bumper started peeling. While I was scheduling for an insurance claim, I pointed out the peeling paint. Estimator instantly was accountable, said it was their fault as they got bad paint. They would make it right at not cost to me. And they did. Owning a flaw is huge to me, because so many point the finger to something/someone else. Second, car was much cleaner than when I took it in. May be trivial to some, but I keep my car clean but couldn't muster the time lately due to a brutal schedule. Levanders blessed me with a fully detailed car when I picked it up. That wasn't part of the deal, just something nice they did for me. And it is appreciated.
