Chose this body shop because of Scott Faith’s recommendation. First time getting in a wreck, so new process for me. Theresa was very helpful for me navigating the process. It sucked that I dropped off my rental and got a Lyft to the body shop only for my car to have air in the coolant line as I had to wait an hour for a ride to avoid a $60 Lyft home. I expected my interior would be cleaned based on feedback I heard from others, but I’m not upset it wasn’t. When I picked it up the second time, the right blinker blinked twice as fast as the left, but after a few days, that fixed itself (I assumed aftermarket parts were a different speed). The only :( part is the hood isn’t symmetrical to the bumper. It is only noticeable in fluorescent parking garage lighting (it took me a few days to realize), but I can live with it to avoid even more $ in rental fees.

Theresa was very helpful for me in navigating the process of repairs as this was my first wreck. The only hiccup is she said there was air in the break line when I had to return it, but I knew she meant the engine coolant line.

The whole pick up of my vehicle was a mess. Calling at 3:30 to tell me that my car has been marked as completed because it is in for an alignment but I can only pick it up between 4:30 and 5 or I probably need to pay for the rental car is not cool
