I appreciate the commitment to keeping me continuously informed about the progress and completion of my repair. The quality of the repair is superb as far as not being able to tell there was damage. I also was pleased that the communication between myself, the at-fault driver's insurance company, and the shop was consistent. There was no confusion or discrepancy between what was relayed to me as far as estimates, costs, or timelines.
