I don’t normally do ratings or surveys but I wanted to share this experience. They repaired my car but when it was time to pick it up-it pulled to the right. I would not accept it. They sent it back to the mechanic whom re adjusted the steering angle again which reduced the pull. It still pulls but not as bad. Dingman’s gave attention to my issue and worked at making it right. The repair work on the front end looks good and matches the rest of the car! I recommended them to the guy that caused the accident and I will recommend them again.

Esteven was an outstanding person to work with. He clearly explained what was in the estimate, the costs, and potential areas where they could find additional issues. He was outstanding working with our insurance and made it easy for us. He called me several times during the two week repair process to keep me updated on status. They also finished up two days earlier than scheduled which was a great surprise.
