Rick essentially did nothing for me in the 3 weeks he had my truck. I got very little in the way of communication from Rick as far as what was happening with my truck. When I picked my truck up on Monday of this week, Rick was having a private discussion with the progressive rep the same day. Rick said that there is no point in keeping the truck because I will make no money on any of the repairs. Progressive will simply just make us whole on the parts and labor. When I left the parking lot with my truck on Monday Rick and the progressive adjuster we're standing outside having a good time and having a smoke. More than likely talking about how progressive got out of a head-on collision without having to pay anything. All with the help of dingman's collision. I had a wallet that I forgot to take out underneath the driver seat. It was the wallet of the Latino man. I found his wallet a few weeks before the accident and I was trying to do the right thing and return it to him instead of just taking the money out of it and throwing the wallet away. Unfortunately, someone from dingman's took the wallet and the $171 of the unknown man's money. I do know one thing that I will never bring another vehicle back to dingman's collision knowing that they stole a wallet out of my truck. I think with the experience that I received from dingman's on this particular situation, a 3 out of 10 is extremely generous.
