Speed in getting my car in and taken care of. It was nice to have someone knowledgeable about the entire repair process to explain. She is valuable - very valuable to your business . it was very appreciated that you let me drive your vehicle while mine was being repaired. Service was excellent. Wish I hadn’t been put in a situation to meet you, however, I certainly will refer my friends to you if they are ever in need of a repair. I already have sent something out to my friends and I called my insurance company and told them too. Their response was it’s nice to get this input so if someone needs repairs and unsure of where to go they would refer them to you
