I was told repairs would take 5 days, but it took 11 working days plus two weekends for a total of 15 days before I got my Jeep back. Appointment was made a month in advance. They should have been ready. Not one of the Lewis staff apologized. I was pleased with the repairs and give kudos to the repair staff.

Took longer than what the expected time. I would call to see what the status was on my vehicle and wouldn’t get calls back most of the time. By vehicle wasn’t complete when I got it back. The representative that came out to finish the job was very polite, professional and came out to junction city to finish the vehicle so I did not have to drive back to Topeka.
