Would tell them workmanship was great but did not explain problems that was going on till I complained about being told every few days it was going to be ready and then it was another 7 days.

My only thought is, I don't understand why it should take 2 weeks to do this when I come in at the specified time, you have the door, I'm on the schedule, you have the staff. Get it in & get it done. I don't understand everything that has to be done, but just seemed like it shouldn't take 2 weeks to do this.
