Zoe was excellent in her professionalism and providing updates. There were a few fresh scratches in the black paint on the vehicle when it was returned.

Zoe was excellent. I find that the front desk team in the repair shop doesn’t work and coordinate together. For example my husband and I came in and gave one person our information. She was waiting on the Insurance to call. She then left the desk and then the second person got the call from the insurance and had no clue what was going on. Then we explained what was happening and then she started to look for the first person while we tried to tell her what was happening.

Our vehicle was in the collision center being repaired. Donna was our service provider. She did an EXCELLENT job from the start. We had 2 separate claims being handled at the same time, and she was very good at keeping us updated. She is definitely an asset to your company!

drop off took some time. collision center location and parking etc is not clearly marked. pick up was fine. took a month to get the car repaired which I thought was too long
