The Body Shop has ways taken good care of my car. I was surprised that it only took them one day to do the job. Thus is my 3rd Tim with this particular vehicle being g in the body shop at Liberty. And the first 2 times I was in a rental car for a week. This time was just one day. Lou and Brian are always courteous a d professional and they always offer peace of mind when it comes to repairs. This time we had a good laugh together about my car anx driving on Eberhard this was the second time in 2 years that I was rear ended on Eberhard. 🤣 As long as I own a Ford Liberty will be my go to place if o ever need . Service or repair

The work that was completed was excellent, but it appears there is some shaking in the steering wheel/off-balance in the tires resulting from the accident. I may need to follow-up on this matter in the next week or so

Brian was so kind, he called me to discuss the estimate, following that, he kept in contact with me routinely to keep me updated on the status of the repairs. Also a huge kudos to the technician that completed the body work. I am so pleased with the body shop, they were great. I have to admit, I was iffy about taking my car to Liberty after the way I was previously treated by the counter crew in the service department. I would definitely recommend the body shop to anyone who asked
