Overall in the end the work was quality work and I’m satisfied with the results, just two hiccups along the way. One thing I personally thought could have been done was to add some fuel to the vehicle. With the repair work that was done, the vehicle was driven multiple times. Then when it was returned due to a CEL that came on it was driven multiple times to repeat the CEL and try and narrow down the problem before it was discovered what part was broke. In all almost 3/4 of a tank a fuel was used. Possibly this is just normal practice, just wasn’t pleasant picking up my vehicle the first time with the gas light on and 20 miles left of fuel. There was over half a tank when I dropped it off. Then after I had to take it back for the CEL and extra repair, again it was dropped off with over a half tank of fuel. I got it back this time with less than a quarter. I understand we’re only talking about $20-30, just felt that topping the tank off after using that much fuel would just be good customer service.
