From the time I purchased my car from Liberty Ford until today, I have always been extremely satisfied and will always use their services when in need. They did a fabulous job repairing my car from the accident in 2025. It looks like a brand new car! I also appreciated that they took the time to clean the interior and exterior (even the foot mats) in my car (that’s going the extra mile for their customers) and is very much why I will always be a customer…they treat their customers with respect and dignity.

Front bumper replacement had a part that could visually be seen as not being set correctly. When questioned this at pickup the staff was helpful in examining the issue but it was determined that another part would have to be ordered to replace again. Now we have to go through the process of dropping off the vehicle and going two to three days without a vehicle. Unnecessary added frustration for something that could have been prevented.
