Lindbergh and Nationwide miscommunicated my wishes in the repair process from start to finish. Nationwide sent me a check to repair my car at my desired shop but never told Lindbergh. Lindbergh started repairs without ever calling me. I felt taken advantage of. My right to choose had been usurped
