Considerate and understanding that being a wheelchair van it was very difficult for me to get a rental anywhere nearby, etc. I was promised the van on Friday, 11/01 which had been delivered Monday, 10/28 AND IT WAS READY 10/31. I am completely grateful for their kindness and understanding for my situation.
