I assume that Lindburgh is experiencing the same problem as everyone else with a lack of experienced, and available workers. I have been a customer for many years and was very surprised at the present repair job. Interior cleaning was very good. My greatest dissatisfaction has to do with not supplying an estimate and a very, very small detail that was highly visible but was not part of the original damage to repair. Personally, I would never have allowed a vehicle to leave my shop and be seen by others without that small detail being repaired. Everyone that has seen it a very surprised that Lindburgh allowed the vehicle to leave his shop in that condition. That small repair would have done much to win customer satisfaction , approval and willingness to recommend Lindburgh to others.
