Everyone was so courteous and helpful. I was given a loaner, comparable to my car except 10 years newer and that made not having my car for the few days that it was being repaired less stressful. I am completely satisfied with the repairs and the cleanliness of my car when I picked it up ( nicer than when I dropped it off actually ).
