The DeBoer family built Lithia auto body from the ground up in 1946, and now, Lithia Body and Paint of Bend is a part of Lithia Motors, Inc. Today, Lithia is comprised of 28 auto body shops/collision repair shops and 130 auto dealerships across the United States. Lithia Body and Paint of Bend is a family oriented, local business that strives to treat all of our customers with the utmost care and respect. Denice loves what you did for her car for the fourth time. James even noticed my rack had a little loose part and suggested I tighten it when I get home which I did. You guys are second to none!! Paying attention to details is what makes you great.

It’s understandable why they are considered a preferred provider by State Farm. When compared to other body shops in the area, they are by far the most impressive.

Was pleasantly surprised that Lithia took out some residual dents outside of the panels they were tasks to repair; something that they didn’t have to do but did showing they went above and beyond.

Great customer service. Only disappointment was when the estimate was substantially increased due to underlying damage I wasn’t notified first. Instead I had to find out from my insurance company. I would have preferred if I had the option to exercise more options prior to that estimate being sent off; however, I also acknowledge that may be just standard industry practice.
