The DeBoer family built Lithia auto body from the ground up in 1946, and now, Lithia Body and Paint of Bend is a part of Lithia Motors, Inc. Today, Lithia is comprised of 28 auto body shops/collision repair shops and 130 auto dealerships across the United States. Lithia Body and Paint of Bend is a family oriented, local business that strives to treat all of our customers with the utmost care and respect. 9 day repair turned into a 50 day repair. Parts ordered well after my cadi was there.... so not happy.

Not happy at all. 2 just because I got my Escalade back and it was washed. 9 day repair turned into 50 days. Rental fees cots me over $1700 out of pocket that I did not account for. Parts still being ordered well after it was to have been completed. They saw the auto 3 months before having me bring it in. I drove it damaged for 3 months no reason to have it sitting there for 50days waiting for Parts.

The bodywork on my truck looks great. Communication with the front desk was great. The treatment of the rest of my truck, while it was in your hands, I was extremely disappointed in. My front floor mats were trashed, the doors were obviously kicked several times by dirty shoes, etc. The back of the truck bed is filthy and I wasn’t expecting any of this. I dropped off a rather detailed truck…the interior. I would’ve expected far more respect for my vehicle than what it received. Disappointed.

You guys did an awesome job, really!! The only thing that makes me not "completely" satisfied is the black trim between the front and back windows looks like it got sanded when the repair was made. It's got sand marks in it and it wasn't like that. The other side is how it originally looked. But all that being said, you guys did an awesome job on the color match and the repair, really.
