The DeBoer family built Lithia auto body from the ground up in 1946, and now, Lithia Body and Paint of Bend is a part of Lithia Motors, Inc. Today, Lithia is comprised of 28 auto body shops/collision repair shops and 130 auto dealerships across the United States. Lithia Body and Paint of Bend is a family oriented, local business that strives to treat all of our customers with the utmost care and respect. I am rating this at a 7 as this is my response to the "Final reminder" to give feedback. Overall the repairs look good and what we initially saw needing correcting has not yet been completed. Issues to resolve are, interior rear passenger door panel not reinstalled correctly, overspray on exterior door pillar trim, primer color fingerprints on interior door trims, and overspray on door jambs. I hope I will be able to update this once we get it back over in the new year to correct now that Christmas is behind us.

Although it took a bit longer than initially expected, the reason was clear when the final tally of work necessary was put together. It was almost twice as much as initially estimated. The increase wasn't a problem in itself as we understood that the actual tally couldn't be done until the front grill was removed. All the staff we worked with were professional and personal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lithia. The best thing I could say is that I would use them again.

Our truck was done one day sooner than expected. Repairs looked great. Truck drove really well. Everyone in the office was really nice and helpful. Bonus, our truck was washed for us and it was filthy as we didn’t want to wash or drive it after the estimate was done. There was a couple weeks between the estimate and the date to begin the repairs.
