The DeBoer family built Lithia auto body from the ground up in 1946, and now, Lithia Body and Paint of Bend is a part of Lithia Motors, Inc. Today, Lithia is comprised of 28 auto body shops/collision repair shops and 130 auto dealerships across the United States. They were absolutely amazing! Not only did they clean the inside and outside of my car but they also lowered my deductible. They did an amazing job repairing my car and had it ready to go before the estimated time. They stay in contact, and we're always willing to help me out in any way. Never once we're they harsh or did they get frustrated. They were always cheerful and ready to help!

Generally fine but the we had to bring it back in because the trim between the cowl and the windshield had not been replaced properly. Also, the first time I used the windshield wipers one of the had not been tightened down, started flopping around and was overrun by the other wiper. They had been removed to reinstall the cowl/windshield trim. I fixed the windshield wipers myself. Also, we are still waiting for a piece of trim on the overhead console.
