The DeBoer family built Lithia auto body from the ground up in 1946, and now, Lithia Body and Paint of Bend is a part of Lithia Motors, Inc. Today, Lithia is comprised of 28 auto body shops/collision repair shops and 130 auto dealerships across the United States. Lithia Body and Paint of Bend is a family oriented, local business that strives to treat all of our customers with the utmost care and respect. Amazing attention to detail! We had an unfortunate summer with 2 cars visiting the “beauty-car-shop” Lithia was quick with estimates and securing payment! The location is very comfortable and make an unfortunate experience less unfortunate!

Overall happy. I was told I would get updates every Thursday. I do not recall receiving those. I had to call the shop to find out status after my kids saw the car sitting in the lot complete.

Everyone on the staff was amazing. The best thing was the communication the emails that I got letting me know where I was in the process so I didn't have to sit and wonder. Those emails that communication is super great customer service. My car looks beautiful best of all. And the attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Been over 50 years since I had to deal with body repair due to an accident. A lot has changed. But your crew at Lithia made a stressful time into a smooth experience. Stacy was extremely professional and kept me informed of the repair process. She dealt with the insurance company of the person that hit my car so I didn’t have to. She was the best. The car looked great . Looks brand new. Car was washed and detailed. Looked like when I took it off the showroom floor.
