Lithia Body and Paint of Bend has been an essential part of the Deschutes County community since its opening day. The DeBoer family built Lithia auto body from the ground up in 1946, and now, Lithia Body and Paint of Bend is a part of Lithia Motors, Inc. Today, Lithia is comprised of 28 auto body shops/collision repair shops and 130 auto dealerships across the United States. Lithia Body and Paint of Bend is a family oriented, local business that strives to treat all of our customers with the utmost care and respect. Our autobody repair shop wants to exceed, not just meet our customers expectations. We consider you our friends and our neighbors. Overall process took nearly a year to complete. Apparently the guy who did my estimate and said he'd call me when they were ready to do the work got fired or quit, and no one followed up with his projects so they just forgot about me for many months, and I had to call and email several times to get back onto the list.

Stacie was incredible! Her Tuesday and Thursday emails were great. She communicated well and often. Many body shops refused to even take the tow in after our accident and Lithia took it and got it done in much less time than originally expected.

Very happy with the quality of the repair on our vehicle. What we’re not happy with is the amount of time it took. We got the original estimate on 5/25/23. It went into the shop on 8/15/23. With an estimated time of 5 days according to the estimate.. We got our vehicle back on 9/14/23. We caused 4 days of that due to friends coming from out of town during Labor Day, and we wanted to show them sites in central Oregon. Out of 21 work days, they had our vehicle for 17 days. Workdays, not calendar days. From 8/15-9/13. Way too long. Even though they may have been busy, we waited in line to get our vehicle repaired in a reasonable time. Again, quality was great, the timeframe was not close. People were friendly, but would be a tough decision to use them again. It just took to long. Maybe us not having a rental car was part of the reason.
