From the receptionist to the manager, everyone was absolutely AMAZING. Kept me informed of the process, helped with filing the claim, even gave me Red Bull when I waited!!! 10/10!!!!! Love Lithia!!!

My came back with a bunch of water under the spare car. And there had been a really really bad smell. Like something die and trashy smell. I've clean it and it still smells really bad. My car had no stench until it was returned back to me. The driver side door is now uneven. After the the passenger driver side door was fixed after we noticed it was uneven.
