The body work was very well done however there is a small amount of paint overspray on a rubber shield near the windshield wiper on the driver side

For whatever reason the interior lights were left on in the van. This caused the battery to run down and rather than tracking down why the van was returned to me. I dropped it off for my wife and the van started so I was unsure what was going on. When my wife got off at 10:00PM and I had to go jump her we then discovered the lights were on. Once they were turned off that problem was solved. In addition the drivers seat belt was not reassembled right and it would not properly retract. My wife has to make an additional trip to your facility to get that fixed. It was quick and it was free and people were nice but it was an unnecessary 40 mile trip. I noticed when I was in your waiting room that there is a large sign in the shop that states something along the lines of, "the job isn't done until it is done right." Now you need your service techs to actually read the sign and take it to heart. Other than that the actual repair seems to be fine. The sunroof works as new. Thank you. There is no need for anyone to call. The problems have been resolved and now hopefully you are aware of them and can insure others don't have the same experience. There is nothing else that your company can do at this point.

The sun roof was well done. Unfortunately the lights were left on I. The rear of the van so the battery ran down. In addition the driver side seatbelt assembly was not reassembled correctly. They did fix it promptly.
