Not sure why the vehicle was not fixed appropriately when first called to pick up. Pleased with second round to repair. However, has made me question honesty of company if first repairs were considered to be done at your best work.

This seems unfair to survey evaluate a service that I have not personally fully evaluated., yet! My vehicle work is completed, but I have not seen it or paid for the work done yet, despite getting a text thanking me for picking up my vehicle. The new texting system is obviously having growing pains. But, with a phone call and talking to sweet Georgia Anne communication is great. All the work that LJ’s has done for me over the years had been very satisfactory & I’m certain that after I see my vehicle tomorrow my answer here would be a YES.

As always, LJ’s did a great job on repair from a deer hitting my vehicle, from the initial contact through final inspection. In person and telephone communications were great. Bonus points if possible for removing/cleaning red marks noted on final inspection on rear panel, unrelated to deer accident
