Picked up the car Tuesday. Started a long drive on Sunday. Ended up leaving my car at the Honda dealer in Knoxville TN to fix the electronics located in the front bumper. The car was experiencing reduced power so it was a danger. Other issues as well, but that was the big safety issue. HUGE HASSLE. Continuing my trip to New Orleans in a rental car.

The best Autobody shop in Norwalk. Actually I would go as far to say in CT. My car looks brand new, the work they did which was a lot is absolutely amazing. Their customer service wonderful, friendly and super helpful. Walked me around my car before it was fixed and after to show me exactly what they did. I will be recommending them to anybody who need body work done. I so appreciate their hard work

Team was great throughout the process and any delays were out of their control (ie manufacturer out of the part). It, just would’ve been better to have had proactive communication on the timing rather than having had to reach out myself.
