I was told that LOBALBO in Stamford is the same as the one here in Norwalk, the repair seemed good, but other details as the care and cleanliness was poor, my car was dirty with white spots of paint probably? On the inside of the left front door, the inside of the right front of the panel the left front floor mat

Fortunately the accident I was involved with was relatively minor, however the hassles to resolve the situation feel just as agonizing. This is where Lobalbo eased all of those feelings. I dealt with Cathy (a professional and a pleasure to do business with), she was upfront with what repairs needed to be done, the timeline I should be prepared for, and the costs. Cathy kept me updated on my car and everything she said would happen - happened! My car is as good as new. I would used Lobalbo again and recommend them to anyone else.

Everything about dealing with Lobalbo was great. Except for the reason I was there at all, of course. They inspected the car and were able to "ballpark" a repair time that was right on the nose. Got the work done and you would never be able to tell that there was damage. Would gladly recommend.
