Loid’s did a beautiful job on my 2024 BMW850i after it had been struck by a driver. They are a BMW verified shop. The place is absolutely amazing. They focus on perfection!

When dropped off the gentleman said they would take care of all damage and bill the other insurance for any extras needed to get it to brand new, as the damage was done on our way home from purchasing it. Maybe we should’ve gone over line by line. When we picked it up it was not the gentleman that gave it back to us. A guard on back bumped was not replaced or worked on and a small spot was left. When questioned it with the lady giving us the car back she said it was not scheduled to be replaced for prep or replacement. Also on the under portion of the hatch paint spots were left.
