Communication could be improved as completion was delayed because of broken part. I had to call twice to learn of this and final repair delay. Fortunately we had a second vehicle otherwise this would have been a serious problem.

The suspension squeaks where it was repaired, the windshield wipers were loose and put on the wrong arms, and I had to take it back to have the door readjusted because it rubbed the fender.

My car was in the shop for a total of 17 days. I still have scratches all over my car. The communication was poor. My progressive app said my vehicle was finally ready. Went to the shop and it was not ready. They didn’t take accountability for that. Was there for 8 more days. After my complaint, I was being notified of the progress of my vehicle.
