Estimator did a great job reviewing the repair with me prior to the work. The actual cost came in right at the estimate. My only unsatisfied comment about the service would be lack of any status update and notification when the car would be and was ready. I had to call several times for status. The original expected completion date was one day earlier than actual. I was given a forecasted time when the car would ready a day later and promised a call to confirm that time when it was. Since the expected time was near your closing time and I had to arrange a ride there, I was forced to head to your shop before I received any call ( about 15 minutes) past the promised call time. (Only complaint )
