The work is exceptional as always. I have had another BMW worked on at your shop years ago. My main complaint is the amount of time to get the vehicle scheduled for service and then once in service the time it took for service. The overall time the staff took emailing and working with my insurance company was as if they had 40 vehicles to manage.

The repair work was excellent communication poor from intake personnel and this person did not give information to anyone at intake so some new items were not quoted and done
