I probably won’t ever go back to this dealership again. I felt like I was bothering everybody and I paid cash for everything I needed done not including the valve spring repair that took ten days to complete…….

Justin needs to be trained on how to interact with people and not have his phone in his face the entire time I’m asking questions. There’s so many things that could’ve gone way different with my car repair. Zero communication from anyone there, I felt like I had to harass people for information about my car. My car was there for a recall part and body repair and it took from November 5th to January 28th to complete. Something is seriously wrong with how long it took to complete. I felt genuinely like I was bothering people about a project that I paid for in full. Almost 5k i spent, and I can tell you I’ll never bring my car there again.
