I really do not think you want me to answer any of your questions after having my car for 2 months and my alignment is still wrong. Plus my deposit hasn’t been returned back on my charge card from enterprise. Needless to say not a happy guy.

Ron did a great job considering he’s stuck in the middle of a giant mess. You had my car for two months which was unbelievable. I still have not received my refund for my rental car nor has Firestone contacted me about the bad job they did on my alignment needless to say I’m not really happy. I don’t blame Ron for the debacle that poor guy stuck in the middle of an absolute nightmare so please have somebody contact me so I can get my alignment done correctly.

I came into this paying cash not wanting to involve insurance because of insurance rates in Florida the team worked with me very well very nice they went above and beyond expectation worked with me on pricing Cody stayed in communication with me keeping me updated letting me know what my expectations were before arrival no hidden fees they weren't trying to be slick I would definitely recommend them and if I have any problems in the future I will return and ask for Cody.

The folks at Gerber did a great job in completing the work on my car in about 2 weeks. Would’ve been sooner, but parts acquisition difficulties delayed completion. Gerber did a good job dealing with those delays and went above and beyond to get the parts and install them in a timely manner. Thanks to Cody and all the employees of Gerber. The part of the back of my car that was damaged looks brand new. Thank you Gerber.
