This is my second time having auto body repairs at this location. The receptionist and the repair crew are excellent. My 4x4 2013 Chevy Avalanche LTZ came out good as new. I was updated on my repair multiple times along the way and my repairs were done alin a very reasonable timeframe. For the second time I am a very happy customer.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very good experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. The repair of my vehicle was done very professionally, and I was very happy with the quality of the work. When I first picked up my vehicle, I noticed that the clip that holds the hood support rod was missing. I came back a couple of days later, and they immediately apologized, ordered the replacement part, and installed it for me professionally. I really appreciated how they took care of the issue without any problems. I would especially like to thank the gentleman in the office who helped install the part and the lady at the front desk, who treated me very well from the beginning until my vehicle was completely finished. She was always friendly, professional, and helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Gerber Collision & Glass. They took care of my vehicle and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs collision repair. Thank you for the great service! 🚗⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All aspects of our collision repair experience with Gerber were excellent. All staff were knowledgeable and professional. They gave us daily updates and even helped coordinate our rental car. The work was done in a comprehensive and detailed manner. The body repair and paint job were flawless. We only had our 2027 Palisade five days when the damage occured. Our anxiety was high, but the staff at Gerber were most reassuring and made the process as easy as possible. They were also 33% less expensive than their competition. We highly recommend Gerber Collision.
