I originally came here for my first estimate, then tried another Gerber location and had a terrible experience, so I came back, and I’m so glad I did. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, they answered all of my questions, and they finished the repairs even faster than expected. My car looks amazing. You’d never know it had been in an accident! A huge thank you to Aubree and the entire Gerber team for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy. I truly appreciate all of your hard work!

I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone, from the moment I walked in, Libi was all smiles, very friendly and more important, professional. She made the process very smooth and simple. Then I was assigned to work with Trevor, which set the bar even higher, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and on top of every step of the process. He kept me informed at all times, called as promised and made sure the work was done as per schedule. The result was better than expected.
