Although my car repair was somewhat unusual, as getting parts was very time consuming, the communications from SUN was exceptional. Christy kept on top of things and kept me informed over the 5 weeks that the car was there.

They do good work and they stand by their work that I'll give them but on a customer relationship and getting back to a customer when they call I would probably give them a one because they tell you they call you back at a certain time or certain day and they never do you have to keep calling them until you can reach the person that you need nobody calls you back and that is very bad business practice if a customer calls you should get back to them when you tell them you will not make them chase you by constantly calling and they say that we give him the message you'll get back to you today and that never happens so they need to learn how to communicate with customers better because communication is the key of a good business and that you don't have

Like I said before customer Communications at your business sucks because you'll tell somebody you'll call them back on a Monday and you never do the person ask to keep calling and calling and hopefully to get something but you never do not happy with that
