I used them a few years ago to replace a broken taillight housing of a truck. Their attitude and professionslism impressed me then so I wanted them to take care of my hail damage. They did a fantastic job for me.

They did a great job on my car. However, there is a small chip in the hood of the car and while it is small, I can see it. I do wish that we would have put the dings that are in the passenger side into the work. But that has nothing to do with the quality of the work that was done.

Everyone is friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. They're truly artists in there job. I couldn't tell that there had ever been any damage. I would highly recommend then to anyone needed vehicle repair.

I am so disappointed in the service and quality I received. I have used lonewolf in the past and had a great experience but this time has ruined any future uses. There was no communication. My car while parked at the body shop was damaged majorly by hail and nobody cared to inform me. I stopped by to check on my car and saw it. I never had a single phone call updating me or to even tell me that my car was ready. I called and my car had been “ready” for roughly 2 weeks and nobody even told me. But had no hesitation telling insurance that it was “ready”. However, my car wasn’t ready. It was missing a wheel cover (I wouldn't have even gotten if I didn’t ask about. At which point I was told it was having to be ordered. But again, when I called I wasn’t told this. I was told the car was ready) After we left and got home the bumper shook every time the door was closed. We discovered that there were no bolts or anything to hold it on on either side. Costing yet another trip to the shop. The car being stated to the insurance it was “ready” when it wasn’t for over 2 weeks and not informing me could’ve ended up greeting me charged a large amount of money from the rental company. I am beyond disappointed with this shop. I still have to have the hail damage repaired but will not be using lone wolf.
