Just still upset about my lights camera cranking situation and breaks. But like I said. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I just think some details were missed.

Overall they did a great job. There were a few things that left me a little put off. When I went to pick up my truck. It didn’t crank. We had to get someone to jump it offf. Then none of the rear lights on the right or the back up camera worked. We had to again wait on those to be repaired. It also had a very loud squeekiing noise when the breaks were applied. We were told you probably need to replace the back breaks. I get that, but here is my frustration. Your team replaced the right rear wheel as part of the repairs. Would it have been appropriate for someone to call me and say. Mrs. Williams. Looks like you need the breaks replaced. Would you like that done while we have it torn down? I could have said yes or no to the additional charges, but I wasn’t offered that courtesy. Your service team certainly did call me while repairing the transmission and ask if I would like the oil changed while they had it. He simply said. Looks like you are due an oil change. Would you like us to do that before sending it to the collision center? Yes thank you,. Perhaps had the truck cranked when I tried to start it or had working lights and camera, that detail may not have bothered me as strongly.

I have shaking in a wheel that I believe is the damaged wheel they said they could repair and was ok according to Leslie, but I need it replaced. They put a new set a tires on that I purchased through Premier and I believe the damaged wheel Was put in a different position and I have shaking in front where I never had. I really need that to be corrected.
