The front bumper was missing a pin, which caused it to protrude out. My tire at the area of repair needed to be replaced and no one told me. This would have been courteous and customer friendly.

Repairs were done in a timely manner the staff was very friendly and polite upon receiving my vehicle back on after inspecting it did you see that they clean the exterior of my vehicle for me but the interior was covered in dust and paint particles from them sanding the vehicle down when they repair the passenger side door and fenders seems no attempt was made to clean the inside it was covered in residue from front to back of the vehicle.

Due to bad attitude by some and the lack of ability to finish a job to completion. Took to many short cuts.

Explained on previous page. The man who received the vehicle was very nice. The one who got the vehicle fixed very professional. Now with s window broken out part of the repair is removal of the glass from inside the vehicle. That's not a courtesy but a part of the repair. I had to take the vehicle unbolt the driver seat to get s vacuum in to get the glass out of the track of the seat. This isn't my responsibility but the shops. I had glass in my vents at dash level. Glad all over the vehicle front and back. I should have to do that IT'S PART OF THE REPAIR. I quit using you because the auto shop tears up more than they repair. Send your body shop thinks doing a job half way is ok which it is not. On the bright side the residue left where they polished the body was enough for me to finish that unfinished job. Green body wax was all over the vehicle. The staff or techs need better training. This was a simple job. Should have been in and out in 8 hours not 72 hours. Overall that's the reason you got a low score. It's unfair to give a 2 because not all the staff is untrained.
