Edgar, who I believe has been with Longo Lexus for 33 years, was extremely polite, approachable, and professional. He made me feel like I was part of his own family. They took great care of me, handled everything in a timely manner, and explained in detail what needed to be done to my vehicle, as well as what services may be needed in the future. They also directed me to the loaner vehicle service and went above and beyond to accommodate everything I needed. The level of customer service I received from Edgar, Anthony, and Frank was truly exceptional. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cared about my concerns. Overall repairs is excellent, but time frame of works is a little bit slow, like a simple scratch took almost a month, what if it is much bigger damage? How long will it take to finish the job.
