Horrible service. I initially chose Long Lexus Collision Center because I have taken my car there in the past and i even refer my family there and I am a long time customer of Longo Lexus. I even traveled over 1.5 hours to come and repair my car with Longo but if I would of known the experience I would have I never would of taken my car to repair it here and here I thought I was going to a reputable company. I brought my car in for damage to the passenger side door and they ended up breaking my windshield completely. I am having a very hard time trying to get in contact with someone to take responsibility for the damages to my car. I am very disappointed in the customer service and this experience is very upsetting
