The only reason why I’m giving a 7 is because my vehicle took more than 2 weeks longer than quoted and they didn’t keep me updated. I had to keep calling them to get the update. Other than that, everything else was great.

Communication was very poor. If I didn't call to ask for an update, I wouldn't have gotten one. Even the day I picked up the car, I called at 4:00 PM to ask for a status and I was told the car was ready to be picked up. Why did I have to call to find this out.

Longstreet were upfront about the fact that once they removed the damaged doors there might be increased cost and a longer wait time. Once it was finished it was an excellent repair job. My only complaint it that Longstreet never called. I had to keep calling them. When I did call they kept giving me different dates for the car to be done. I ended up waiting over 2 months before it was done. I knew it was a difficult job.
