The service is all around exemplary! Yesenia in the front office is very professional, friendly, cheerful, very helpful and always identifies herself when answering the phone! You don't see that in many places. From the beginning, the manager came out to inspect my vehicle and talked to me about the recommended work. The technician also came out to meet me when it was time to start the repairs. These are very busy times and Collision Express at Loop 250 on front Street really takes time to communicate! This puts one at ease during a hectic time while dealing with a wrecked vehicle. Both also were very professional and helpful! I felt all staff really cared about me and getting my vehicle repaired in a timely manner. The repairs were completed in four days! WOW! I was very happy to have my vehicle back so soon and I felt I was driving off with a brand new shiny car! The work was beautiful! Very excellent customer service starting from the manager of the place to all the workers I met. They made me feel very welcome . They gave me a lift from the repair shop to the rental car store and also when I went to return the rental car they picked me up. They even did some minor repairs of my car for free. For these and I greatly appreciate their services

Absolutely, Yesenia, made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked thru the door. Ramiro and Jeremie did a great job accessing the needs of the repairs and the body shop worked quickly to get the repairs done timely and even washed the vehicle to boot. Boss man took me to get my rental and we had nice chat. Teamwork by Loop 250 made a difference for me. Best Repair Shop Experience Ever.
