I never give any person, or group, a full 100% approval, because their is always room for improvement. But i would say that my experience was very satisfactory overall. However, I would say that waiting 10 whole days to get a couple of dents repaired and painted, seemed like a bit too long. I was told the vehicle was ready on the 5th days, but there was delays in working with the insurance company? IDK...mayne thats the space where there "Needs Improvement".

Great experience. They kept me informed every step of the way. I don’t like dealing with stuff like this, but they made me very comfortable. I like the fact that it’s run by a local family. I almost forgot, I took my car in on Monday morning and the damage to my front bumper was fixed by Tuesday afternoon.
