BO (Big Orange) looks better than before the accident. The whole process, from drop-off to pick-up was quick, convenient and hassle-free, including the rental car arrangements. Daniel was courteous and readily addressed all my concerns. The only glitch: two days after we picked up BO: my five-foot-tall wife reached up and couldn’t get a grip on the plastic tailgate handhold. It was put in upside down. Fortunately it was an easy problem that I fixed in less than a minute. Sometime between 1985-88 we had a car painted at Robinson’s, were quite happy with the results and have recommended Robinson’s when asked by friends. We will continue to do so. Hopefully though, we won’t require your expertise for another 30 years.
