Matt and the Villa staff were very communicative and followed up quickly. In the future I would love to be able to communicate a bit more via email with the staff instead of just over the phone where it is sometimes hard to track the details especially around cost estimates.

Our car struck an unknown object on the 101 near LOVR on Thanksgiving eve We towed the car to Villa. Early Friday morning we were contacted and the fix began. I worked with Jeff W. Who provided exceptional service and communication throughout the process. I explained my goals to fix the car and he and the Villa Team got the job done in just a few days. Most of the damage was under the hood and just slight damage to the exterior. A Big Shout Out to Jeff and all the Team at Villa. It is my son's car who attends Cal Poly I told him to be sure to recommend Villas to any of his friends who find the need to service their cars. Thanks again for the remarkable work and service!!

Jeff Wood and the staff were so helpful at Villa. Our son hit an unknown object on 101 and needed a tow. I previously worked in SLO and my company car was serviced by Villa. We had the car towed to Villa and on Black Friday I was contacted and made arrangements for the fix. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently and all appears to good.
